This mod adds a detailed, fully navmeshed player home with lots of content to Springvale.

-"ghost trees" fixed
-floor gap on the mezzanine floor (by the player bed) fixed
-garage entrance no longer missing end pieces
-player's room is now enlarged and has 2 new containers
THIS MOD REQUIRES OPERATION ANCHORAGE TO WORK!!!
This home is the legacy of two men who did their best to turn it into an impenentrable fortress-a Brotherhood of steel outcast and a pre-war survivalist. Discover their stories and claim the Secret Outpost as your own!
The Secret Outpost includes:
-a secret hatch entrance that can be locked from the inside using a terminal
-4 other doors/hatches that can all be remotely locked and unlocked
-2 "master" terminals containing notes needed to learn the stories of the men who lived here and a useful "lockdown" function which simultaneously locks all doors and hatches
-5 other working terminals which serve mostly for locking and unlocking doors and containers
-a workbench
-one laboratory set (which has an identical purpose as the "My first laboratory" in Megaton andTenpenny tower player homes)
-an infirmary set (which has an identical purpose as the "My first infirmary" in Megaton and Tenpenny tower player homes)
-3 personal safes that can be locked and unlocked
-a small kitchen with no less than 12 refrigerators for keeping food&water supplies
-enough space and containers for the player+3 people (each of them gets a bed, personal refrigerator, locker and footlocker)
-a shooting range with 2 lockers for weapon storage
-a small bathroom
-numerous conveniently-placed containers for item storage
-a fast-travel location
-lots of miscellaneous stuff and some good loot...
And once you finish the short unmarked-quest story, you will be rewarded with two weapons modded in the GECK and a cut-content piece of armor.
The Secret Outpost is located in Springvale, opposite to the gas station.
