Solar Charger: Version 1.00

Description:
This mod adds a brand new Solar Charger into the game. It uses the sun to harness energy that can be converted into ammo for Energy Weapons.

How to use:
To use it, you need to equip it to let it charge, and unequip it to convert the charge stored into ammo. Every second it is in the sun (Between the
hours of 6AM and 6PM) the device will charge by 1 SCU. The device can only hold a 1000 SCU charge, after which it will stop charging until it is used.

Location:
The device is hidden in the stronghold at the bottom of the Wheaton Armory as well as instructions and information about the device.
If you actually know about the Fallout Universe, you may enjoy the information behind it.

Version 1.00 - 1/16/08
The Solar Charger is now an Apperal item and not a misc item!
The Solar Charger is now activated by unequipping it.
The Solar Charger now only charges when it is equipped on the player.
You will be notified whenever the device activates or deactivates due to sunlight.
You will be notified whenever the charger reaches 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the way full.
There is now a 3D model for the solar charger, attached to the character when it is equipped.

Version 0.89 - 12/23/08
Added new menu system with many more conversion options. [Using experimental workarounds, if something goes wrong let me know!!]
Removed any references to "volts" and replaced them with Solar Charge Units (or SCUs) [Thanks to btriplet and your evil twin for the suggestion]
Fixed minor glitch where the option to convert all energy to MF Cells showed up even if you had less than 5 volts.
The Solar Charger now has a "VAL" equal to how much it is charged, now you can just check it's val to see how much of a charge you have.

Version 0.78 - 12/21/08
Picking up the charger when it has a charge of 0 no longer activates the menu.
EC Packs Added to creation list.
MF Cells now cost 5 volts instead of 2.
