This tiny file is inspired by an identical mod for NV, "First Person Gun No Follow" made by Azrael_Dark. All it changes is a single value, lowering how much your weapon follows the camera in first person. Its a small change, but quite effective when combined with Enhanced Camera.

All credit goes to Azrael_Dark, as all I did was copy his idea to Fallout 3.
