I never liked improvements with billiard tables, pools, additional rooms, vaults, etc. Default home was awesome just lacking a few things. So I redesigned it to suit my needs. Added few lockers, reorganized kitchen, moved workbench upstairs, added bed for companions and more simple changes. Please go to image section to see all the changes.

<br />how to install? - copy the .esp file to your ..fallout 3Data folder. Then enable the .esp in FMM or NMM and play the game.
