This mods adds a remote shack in the west part of the map, between the Yao Guai caves and the lamplight caverns.
It should represent a lonely shack found by the lone wanderer, that has later been equipped with additional items and furniture. The focus is definitely on lore friendliness and immersion.

- It includes everything that can be found in the megaton home, except for the bobblehand stand:
Infirmary
Bed
Lab
Workbench
Nuka-Cola Machine
Radio (since version 1.3)
also there is really a lot of different storage space

- the home and the area around it are fully navmeshed, so they should be companion-friendly.

- also a map marker for the shack has been added (changed to the right symbol - patch 1.2)

Compatibility
It should be compatible with everything that does not change the wasteland area where the shack is located. I used only vanilla items from FO3. The DLC's aren't needed. (cleanup with FO3edit - since patch 1.2)

Installation of Patch
IMPORTANT: remove all items from the containers inside the house when updating to a new version
Delete/Uninstall the old esp file and paste/install the new one. There are two versions, a "dark" one without ambient light, and a "bright" one that looks more like the vanilla interiors.

Changelog
Version 1.3
- Fixed some holes in the walls
- Interior lightning slightly rearranged
- Added the brighter version
- Added the Radio

Version 1.2
- Fixed map marker icon
- Cleanup of the plugin file

This is my first mod and I hope somebody will find as useful and cool as I did. If you do, please endorse.
If you have ideas how this mod could be improved I'm open for suggestions.

Thanks to my wife for advise on how to arrange the furniture (she did it in all the flats we lived in so far, some of which were smaller than the shack ;-)
Thanks to lynxx for suggestions about the radio and the lights
