Removes the scope wobble effect due to low Small Guns skill and maybe crippled limbs (untested).

Installation: Extract to your Data folder.

Uninstall: Delete.. from your Data folder.

Conflicts: Should be none, unless there's a mod that enhances the wobble effect.

First mod, threw it together for a REQ
