Version 2-2
This version fixes the fix. Version 2-1 failed to replace empty bottles in the inventory after drinking dirty water. Sorry about that. Barring any complaints, I will delete versions 1 and 2 in a couple of days.

Version 2-1 Update [DELETED]
This version fixes a bug where if a NPC drank a dirty water, an empty bottle would be added to the players inventory.

Version 2 Update
Now EmptySoda, EmptyMilk, EmptyNukaCola, EmptyWhiskey and LargeWhiskey bottles can be filled from a variety of sinks, fountains, valves and whatnot. (Very dirty water sources where the rads is >= 50% health are not included as sources, also very clean sources (0 rads) are not used (there are very few). Additionally, when drinking DirtyWater a bottle will be returned to your inventory, included is bottle counters so if you use 1 soda, 2 milk and 5 whiskey bottles to create dirty water, you will get back those same bottles. In the default case, a EmptySodaBottle will be placed in your inventory. The weights for all empty bottles have been reduced to 0.2 pounds except for the large whiskey bottle which has been set to 0.4.

For those whishing to edit this mod to their liking, all refs start with MDD and consist of a quest to hold the bottle count variables, a script attached to the sinks, a new script effect attached to dirty water which utilizes a script to add back the empty bottle.

Version 1
This mod allows empty soda bottles to be filled from some sinks. (The kind that is in the house in Megaton) If a player activates the sink with an empty soda bottle (not emty nuka cola or milk or whiskey....although these would be incredibly easy to add), it is exchanged for dirty water. If no empty soda bottle is in inventory, the player drinks normally.
