Credit to 'your evil twin' for the idea.
Changes include:
- Most small arms (pistols, SMG, rifles) won't dismember or gib enemies. Sniper rifles, shotguns and the minigun still can however.
- Most melee weapons won't gib, and won't dismember unless bladed
- Laser shots will no longer incinerate the enemy
- Flamer will no longer gib (!) on a critical
Installation
Make sure bInvalidateolderfiles is set to =1 in both Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini . Extract to Fallout 3\Data and enable the .esp in FOMM or Launcher.
Uninstallation
Disable the .esp, everything should be back to normal.
