About this mod
As in totally redesigned from the ground up. It looks and operates WAY better. Also, for those looking to create a new shop this will likely become a must have master file.

Requirements:
All DLC
Rivet City Merchants: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16743
Merged Sunglasses Collection and Joes Junk Shop: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/11188
IMPORTANT:
Once both Rivet City Merchants and Merged Sunglasses are installed make sure that they are unchecked. You just need the meshes and textures for the mod. If you activate them and run them with this mod it will cause problems.
KNOWN ISSUES:
Problems with Merged Sunglasses, meshes are replaced with red triangles of “you screwed up JC.” I don’t really have time to unzip the archive and fix everything and the problem is minor to the point where I really am just going to ignore it.
LEGAL:
I have written consent to add Merged Sunglasses and Joes Junk Shop, but the author from Rivet City Merchants has not given such detailed consent. The Rivet City Merchants page contains a consent waver which I am now using. In the event this author decides to pull his content from this mod after its release I WILL remove this mod from Nexus less I face the moderator’s wraith.
About Mod (Fun Part)
This mod I sort of did on a whim as an afterthought to another project. For my BLITZKRIEG Machinima I discovered that I was going to have to redesign a significant portion of Rivet City for filming, and… I looked at the crowded, poor, marketplace and went… yeah… I should really just take care of this while I’m at it. Sooooo…. I redesigned the ENTIRE market turning the crowded small chamber into a vast open carrier deck. In addition to this I also added several vacant stalls for people to use in their own mods, but the notes can only be read in the GECK for those looking to tinker. I had animation pathway problems, namely, that it took all the merchants WAY too long to reach them and the game kept crashing as a result. So, I altered their AI Data and deleted the rest of their schedules. Now, they will remain at their stalls for all eternity. I guess poor Father Clifford will have to preach to an empty flock from here on (fake tears). This mod is being released as an ESM for those wanting to make their own alterations, namely, flushing out all those empty stalls. But, if you want, you can really do whatever you want, add more shoppers, an always open mod, etc.. This mod is meant to be a starting place for people wanting to add their own shops to Rivet City, but have been unable due to the small marketplace. I even navmeshed this baby. Well… you kids have fun.
