Adds Obscurum weather cycle to the vanilla game. Probably not compatible with other weather mods, load it after them if you want to try them together? Works fine with fellout however, just load oscweathers.esp after fellouts esp`s so that you lose the green filter, but keep the obscurum weather cycles.

If you have Obscurum disable it before using this when you want to play vanilla.

Dependency`s - as its hacked out from Obscurum needs all the DLC, other than that, thats all.

Load order - stick in with weather mods, towards the top, see screenshot. However any mods that alters weather cycles, this will need to be after. For more info on load order
