If the merchants are rich, so are you.
If they are hard up, you probably will be as well.
Iv'e been using this for awhile now it works pretty good.
Reduces the bottlecap amount available to vendors by around 80%, ie 400 cap merchants have now have around 80 caps.
Some Cartons of cigarettes is what they can afford now. All that looted power armor, well keep it as battle tropies or BARTER it in trade for other stuff.
Vendor cap reduction ORI/NOW 50/10; 75/15; 100/20; 150/25; 200/40; 250/50; 300/60; 350/70; 400/80; 450/90;
You can still game the system by having them repair some things then cashing in with a plasma rifle or two or 8 but its a lot further between cap fillups.
Use this mod however you want, spread it around the internet
