Uses Anthony Lings Coiffure to change the hairstlyes of many NPCs in the world.
This is just a mod I made for personal preference to add a bit of variety and style to the world, I didn't go mental with them so they still look like they suit the people I changed and even kept the original hair colours for most so it doesn't like a mad anime game.
Not every NPC has them, I think some should still have vanilla hair. I should also point out that I only focused on unique NPCs, I would do work on levelled NPCs but i'm not sure if it would give unwanted results

Install Lings Coiffure then this...obviously! (DUH!)
If you are unsure how then use NMM or FoMM

If you use mods that alter NPCs or MAUNALLY add items to then their may be compatibilty issues, which are very easily resolved by creating a merged patch using FO3Edit
