Fixed the "lighting" bug when the cell space of a theme revert back to default (something that happen even on vanilla)
Now the shack gets properly renamed after the player become the owner (from "Empty House" to My Megaton house)

I made several textures to make the shack and each theme feel unique. It was a pain to work and fit all functionality in such small shack, but I think it was worth it!
