Adds a fully voiced quest given by James Swis which can be found at his shack that has a map marker that still needs to be discovered.

Getting Started
When the mod loads up a message will appear to let you know its been done right. A map marker will be on your pipboy 3000 so you can find the shack to do the quest. Once in the shack you can talk to James Swis who will give you the quest through dialogue.

To activate the quest ask him how he got here and the quest will start when you get out of dialogue.

Compatibility
Well there is one possibly one that a friend of mine reported he had, he couldn't open doors or shoot but I tested on two different spec pc's and found nothing so if any body has an error please let me know.
