Ever wonder why the richest guy in the wasteland had a regular sinper rifle and no caps?
Ever wonder why the best machine gun wasn't used in the game?
Wonder no more, just enjoy the Penthouse view, oh and the swanky new death gun. :)
Install: no muss no fuss, just esp in the fallout3/data folder.
Uninstall: remove same file.
