Hey guys another character design added by Darkforther. This one requires the Vampire race , designed by scot, to function. Found Here
It edits the race facial image to have more of a likeness to our father James. You can still customize it. and it is not exact in likeness, due to genetics we must factor in differences. But it is as close as I was willing to get. take a look at the images above. It took me quite a bit of time getting the face to size up to James, in the end I designed an eye-patch beard for the player. I have a back-story for the eye-patch to better integrate myself into my game, use your imagination to come up with your own, or remove it and look like IM2.
female version Is here Just download Vampire Redesign V_2, Using James as a base once again I created a female version I'm not positive of how She might look to the girl gamers out there so I designed 2 presets. the second preset follows a more neat interpretation of the genetic line, I used some of the calculations from Catherine's base face to shape the face.
ps. I have no interest in endorsements, if you wish to endorse please don't hesitate, but I created this file only because I was sick of trying to design a character without preset assistance. However if you want a similar character lookalike I'll take your comments into consideration and upload more later. Those that feel that the comment section is for stating the obvious things like....
"This just makes the base face-gen race character have similar specs to the father"
"Why would I like to look like James, after all he abandoned me in the vault?"
"Why couldn't you do this (Fill in with 1 million things I chose not to do)"
I'd like to thank you in advance for those bits of candy you leave on all my files. I'd like to answer your questions now on the description with a very simple answer.
1. I know, it was a time consuming task doing this. I still was in-exact in my geometric numerals of the face-gen menu.
2. because that is how the world works, through genetics. besides haven't you ever heard of sacrifice? James didn't leave you behind because of his own selfish desires. He left you behind to remain safe, and so that he could complete your mothers work. And in tern he sacrificed himself for the good of the wasteland. James is a father, a role model and a hero.
3. There are alternatives to what I did here, But I took this road because I chose to, period. And if I do say so myself It works. And as I always say, WHAT WORKS, WORKS.
