Hi this is my player house i made iv tried to keep this as lore
friendly as possible so don't expect anything overpowered.
The house is located in andale right next to the smiths house.
How to install
Drop the data file into where the fallout 3 exe is usually
HD/Program files/Bethesda Softworks/fallout 3
Unistall
delete these files
data/meshes/graff
data/textures/graff
and delete the esp in the data file

i think that about covers it feedback is welcome
