Description:

NOTE:
I have tried to fix the bug where guards teleport away frm the guard post and onto the Stockholm's lookout but I cannot. I have tried changing the markers, the NavMesh, the patol package and the preferred routing, but they always end up on the top.
If anyone wants to try and fix this then be my guest, until then I don't reccomend even bothering to install.

This mod adds a town guard to Megaton, this includes the following:

Guard house near the center of Megaton
Guard post outide the gate
6 new NPCs (all guards)

The guards all have different jobs. There are 3 guards that work a rotation for guarding the front gate, rarely you may see two there as they change shifts. There are two guards who patrol inside the town, one at night and one at day. There is also Chief Sanders, he spends a lot of time in the guard house, this may be changed in future.

Known Bugs:
There are two bugs that I've found so far; one is that guards end up on the Stockholm's walkway and stay there, the other is a slight navmesh issue in Megaton, both will be addressed soon.

Future:

V1.1 Will aim to fix the current bugs and add some more diversity and usefulness to Chief Sander's AI package.

1. (attempt to) Fix any bugs that any of you find after being kind enough to try my file.
2. Add dialogue to the guards, both to the player and other NPCs (I don't fully know how yet)
3. Tweak features or add versions dependant on feedback recieved.

Installation:

Without being rude, if you don't already know how to install a mod, look elsewhere for instructions; they will be a lot easier, detailed and accurate than they would be here. I will only provide installation information if it is specific to my mod working.

Load Order:

I have this installed above item modifiers (ex: retextures & new weapons) and below HUD/visual effects (ex: texture packs & custom info displays). I did this on the advice of various stability guides and mods that you should have a search for if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Compatibility:

This mod changes a fairly large are in the middle of Megaton and just outside of Megaton, as such it is likely to badly clash with any mod which makes changes to Megaton. I am very happy to work on making this mod compatable with others' mods but I will be unable to do so without co-orperation from the author(s) of the conflicting mod(s) so there is only so much I can do.
