Description:--
Discover Earth Base Alpha, the first alien settlement on planet Earth. When the owner,
subject 0001, died in a spaceship crash, the base was left utterly deserted and
untouched. Situated near Megaton, it provides a useful exit and entrance to Mothership
Zeta without having to fast travel to the middle of nowhere.
Contains: Double bed, Direct link to Zeta, Dining table, Robot, Weapons Locker +lots more stuff

Requirements:--
This mod doesn't necessarily need FOSE but it is highly recommended that you use it.
All DLCs (Mothership Zeta DLC)
Make sure you load this esp after all the ESMs and quite low on the load order.

Installation:--
Either download with Nexus Mod Manager and let it do all the work,
Or manually download the file. Put it in the Data folder of your fallout 3 installation directory, and tick its box in FOMM or NMM
