I love both of these mods but unfortunately they would not work well together.
After sleeping in a bed with SYTfB turned on the sleep needs part of Arwen would have kept ticking and you'd have to sleep twice as long (if you originaly needed 8 hours) right afterwards.
This little patch updates the FNNsysscript by pausing the Med-Tec of Arwen and manualy add up the numbers for sleep, food and water needs.
Requires:
Arwens Realism Tweaks with Med-Tec module, version 6.2. http://www.fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7565
See You, Time for Bed, version 0.82b. http://www.fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/14354
Load order, place it anywhere after the two esm files it requires:
[X] Arwen_Core.esm
[X] FNNsys.esm

Additional notes: due to the way that the game handles time, changes in timescales and returns on GameHours global variable there are a small drift so the lineup between the two mods isn't perfect, although I have tried to make it as good as possible.
