Ever tired of using about 20 bullets on someones head and he never dieas? This changes the multipliers on all creatures so if you hit them in the head they will probably die.

UPDATE
I have added a new file calle body parts human only, this will Translate the body part names to english but only on human NPC´s im working on creatures now i will update soon.

I have changed the hitting rate in V.A.T.S. so now is really difficult to hit somoone in the head.
The .esp is a separate file so if you want to use itits up to you.

Extract the .esp in yourdata folder And activate it in the
data Files in the Launcher
