The apartment has the same features (except the robot buttler) as the megaton and tenpenny homes (but no themes!) and is the same size as the other Rivet City apartments. It is buyable from Seagrave Holmes at the Rivet City market place for a base price of 10'000 caps. This will add the deed and key to the room to your inventory.
It uses costum containers, so it is safe to use with any container respawn mod.
I converted the storage room right next to the staircae door on the midship deck. Paulie's stash which was in that room has been moved to his apartment.
Please report bugs and other issues so i can improve the mod further.
***This will also be featured in my upcomming "Clean Rivet City" mod.***
