Just a simple ESP file.
No conflicts that I have found.
Requires all DLC's except Zeta.
There is a ladder behind the shack for access to the overlooking cliff. ...to return down from the cliff, the top of the ladder is visible at your feet where you came up. ;)
The bobblehead stand is non-functional. I have neither the talent, nor the patience to make it so, unfortunately. Enjoy. Or, let me know any bugs or difficulities found.
