Adds six new outfits for male and female characters. After I released the "Hot for Teacher" mod, I got a request for a cheerleader outfit, so here it is, along with some other uniforms the students and staff at Roosevelt Academy might have worn for various events:

v1.0 outfits:

- Cheerleader uniform
- Team jersey
- Umpire uniform
- Gym clothes
- Graduation cap and gown

All outfits have weight, armor rating and pertinent bonuses on par with vanilla pre-war clothing. If you want to fight deathclaws in a cheerleader uniform, you'd better be tough.

Changes in v1.1

One new outfit:

- Street Clothes (basically the umpire uniform without mask & chest protector)

And fixed a couple bugs:

- Fixed dependency (shoes for female cap & gown unintentionally used Hot for Teacher for textures)
- Cheerleader uniforms now say "R" for "Roosevelt" instead of "A" for "Academy"
