This is a pretty basic "wood" house located in the middle of nowhere, where I'm putting all my mods! There is an active landmark to it. There's not much going on out here and I like it that way! Its my first attempt at a wasteland style player home. I also made my first note, which talks about the home!

Edit v 1.1: I tried to get the Bobblehead stand to work for a bug report on Fallout 3 Nexus. Despite it being identical to the Tenpenny one when I last tried to get it to work, it still failed. So now I made my own stand instance with no script attached so it does nothing. I enabled all the Bobbleheads for show.

Edit v 1.2: The Jukebox now plays GNR and the terminal talks about my plans for the area! Too lazy to mess with the silly stand at the moment.
