Adds a scoped laser rifle to the game in Northwest Seneca station in a shopping cart with some microfusion cells.
I did not make this mod. I am only re-uploading it as the original mod author got himself banned. I don't know what his permissions policy was so I'm assuming only compatibility patches are acceptable. In that regard, I have made a variant of this intended to run with version 0.93 of Panzer's Mass Overhaul. It can be run independently, however.
