By popular demand of its fans and commenters on the original mod I've decided to do it myself and do the community a favor! This is a conversion from the popular Wasters Scarf mod on the Fallout New Vegas Nexus.
Everything is included in this mod now, no more downloading from the other mod!
LOCATION

Near Craterside Supply inside of a footlocker near the fridge.
INSTALLATION
==================================================================================================================================
Download the file, extract it and place the Meshes and Textures folder inside of the "Data" folder of Fallout 3, together with the ESP as well. Meshes and Textures are allowed for use in this mod by tumbajamba!
