This mod removes the speed penalty for running with your weapon drawn.
Normally, the player gets a 10% speed bonus for running with his weapon holstered.
This mod removes the bonus, but adds 10% to your base run speed.
Does not grant a bonus to walking speed or sneaking speed.

INSTALLATION
============
1) Extract Player Speed Mod.esp to your Fallout3/Data folder.
2) When starting up the game every time, click Data Files on the launcher, then check the box next to Player Speed Mod.
