UPDATE (25th Oct 2011) - for optional Streetlights plugin
-----------------------
Just noticed that the Streetlights plugin is resetting the Wasteland map position of Stanton Park back to its old pre-release location. Oops!

Please download v1.1a to correct this!

UPDATE (23rd Oct 2011)
-----------------------

Okay. This is a way bigger than I intended, but that's not bad. :)

This update adds the following:

- Stanton Park eastside fully navmeshed and populated with a few raiders.
- Stanton Park East metro station open, fully navmeshed, cluttered, populated with feral ghouls and linked to Takoma Park.
- Mapmarker placed at Takoma Park for exit from Stanton Park East station.
- Stanton Park sewer link to Vernon Square open, fully navmeshed, cluttered, populated with feral ghouls and linked to Vernon Square near Lady of Hope hospital.
- Mapmarker placed at Stanton Park north square for Stanton Park sewers.
- Mapmarker placed at Vernon Square for exit from Stanton Park sewers.
- Small BoS outpost placed near Valkyrie building in Stanton Park south (includes a mapmarker).
- Fixed navmesh not finalising properly at one spot in Stanton Park.
- Added missing collision layer to one area of rubble in Stanton Park.
- Removed a few raiders from main square in Stanton Park.
- Added a few benches and signs to Stanton Park South station platform and updated a few of the lights.

NOTE: The Streetlights plugin has also been updated to cover the eastside of Stanton Park as well.

Please see below though for the current list of things left to do.

All in all though, I'm guessing at this being about 90-95% of where I'd like it to be. So effectively, barring some work on Stanton Park South station and a lot of general cluttering and other cosmetics, it's fully usable.

Any problems though, or general questions, don't hesitate to let me know! :)

==========

DESCRIPTION
-----------

Stanton Park is a brand new urban area in Downtown D.C. I started the project back in Feb 2011, but unfortunately it got put on hold for about seven months due to personal reasons. However, it is now currently 90% finished, the last 10% being mainly cosmetic additions.

This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, since I've always wanted more urban areas in Fallout 3. Also, although I have released some smaller mods before, this particular one is also meant as a thank you to the modding community for all the wonderful mods I've had the fun of using over the last few years.

The mod itself comprises of a number of areas:

- Service tunnel, leading from Seward Square North/Penn Ave East Station to Stanton Park South Station.
- Stanton Park South Station
- Stanton Park surface level, west and east sides.
- Stanton Park East Station (connecting to Takoma Park)
- Stanton Park sewers (connecting to Venon Square)

The area is mainly occupied by Raiders, although there is a small BoS camp to the south.

HOW TO GET THERE
----------------

NOTE: I need to update this to reflect the additional routes in.

Head to Seward Square North metro station and enter. As you make your way through the corridors, as if you were heading through to Penn Ave East station, you will pass through a corridor with a flickering orange light. In the left-hand wall is a door to the Service Tunnel. Enter. Head through the service tunnel to the end and exit into the metro tunnels for Stanton Park South Station.

FOLLOW THE LIGHTS!

The tunnels and station are NOT fully navmeshed. However, there is a wide navmeshed section that will allow your companions/followers to be able to navigate the light marked route with you.

Eventually you will reach the station exit and step out into Stanton Park. There are currently five map markers in Stanton Park, which, once 'discovered', will allow you to fast travel back there at any time.

Watch out for Raiders!

CURRENT TODO LIST
------------------

Service Tunnel
- Possibly a bit more cluttering.

Stanton Park South Metro Station
- More cluttering and furnishing.
- Fully navmesh once above is done.
- Populate with enemies.

Stanton Park (West Side)
- Add doors on houses and shops.
- Green fronted shop near Metro entrance has opening door, but goes nowhere. This is intended as a simple player home/gear drop off point. Interior to be built.
- Southern 'square' just bare dirt at present. To 'fill-in'.

Stanton Park (East Side) - via rubble under overpass.
- A bit more cluttering. Nothing major though.

Stanton Park East Metro Station link to Takoma Park
- A bit more cluttering. Nothing major though.

Sewer tunnel from Stanton Park North Square to Vernon Square
- A bit more cluttering. Nothing major though.

INSTALLATION
------------

NOTE: If you are updating from a previous version, you only need to replace the main .ESM file. Unless otherwise stated, the LOD files will remain the same.

This mod requires no DLC content and needs no additional resources, other than the LOD files.

Extract the contents of the archive directly into your Data folder, retaining its folder structure. The archive contains the following:
