Fast VATS v1.1

I'm sorry if I dissappoint anyone by doing this, but I have to. Time is the most precious thing we humans have and I don't have much of it. I have like two hours a day of spare time and, frankly Fallout 3 is nothing I want to spent these two hours on anymore. Having played Fallout 1&2 more than a few dozen times, I can say, Fo3 just isn't worth it for me (I wont't tell you the reasons here...). That's my opinion. Don't be a troll and rate (or comment on) this file based on that alone. Rate it based on what it promises to do and how true it is to that promise.
I, the_philanthropy, will no longer invest my time in improving this mod. Others, like darkyface (Fast but dramatic VATS), have already done so. Please respect this decision. My modding career on the nexus will be focused on Oblivion for the time being. Thank you!
Update v1.1

Made "Fast VATS 2" anew from scratch. Now in VATS you are about twice as fast as everyone else. The only exeptions are the cutscenes for grenade throws; i slowed down the targets significantly, so you can actually hit them.
It didn't really come out as intended, but given the way the cutscenes work, nothing better in principle is possible, afaik.

NOTE: The cutscenes are exactly the same as in vanilla, just played faster! Some annoying ones, like watching a grenade bounce for 10 seconds, or a missing rocket going all the long way past your target, have been cut more significantly in "Fast VATS 2".
In the zip archive are two .esps, "Fast VATS 1.esp" and "Fast VATS 2.esp".
Both make cutscenes in VATS way shorter, basically realtime. There could, of course, be some minor inconsistencies with some cutscenes, but generally both plugins work.
Fast VATS 1:
With this esp everyone moves at the same speed in VATS, normally realtime. That means that enemies can run towards you, take cover and attack you more aggressively.
It makes Fallout 3 a little bit harder, but not too much.
Fast VATS 2:
In vanilla Fallout 3 enemies are way slower in VATS than you. This doesn't change with this option.
Your enemies are about half as fast as you.
I decided to use this factor, because it is, at least to some degree, more realistic. In Vanilla moving 20-100 (occasionally even 1000!) times faster than everyone else, is quite the opposite. The game is too easy anyway, even w/o that kind of magic Jedi-speed.
Installation
===================
Simply extract the files to your "Fallout 3\Data" folder (overriding old files) and activate the prefered .esp via Fallout 3 Launcher.
I HIGHLY recommend using Fomm!

Change load-order so that "Fast VATS" is loaded before other mods. If there are bugs, try experimenting with the load-order.
