This mod is a more convenient way to create full save files, not quick or auto-saves. It turns F11 into a hot key. You will no longer have to go to the main menu to create a full save.

This mod requires FOSE for FO3 - http://fose.silverlock.org/

Installation:
Just copy the .esp into you fallout3\data folder
