Just a small outpost to kick back and relax in. It's near the boat that takes you to Point Lookout.
Has a few things that could be useful to the weary wanderer, and it is fully nav-meshed and spotted with idle markers for your companions.
If you have any ideas as to what I can add or improve upon, please comment on it! After all, this is my first mod that I have put on the Nexus, but not my first mod ever. If you don't it, then oh well. I only spent an hour on it anyway, it's not quality work.
