Adds .BSA files and corresponding .ESM with various models and textures released by the modding community. Just make this a second master to your .ESP plug-in and you will have added all that MoIRA has to offer. (Instructions included)

MoIRA adds a new dimension to Fallout 3 modding, By allowing use of it as a master, MoIRA grants quick and easy access to various objects created by the Nexus community. For this though the modder (that'd be you) needs to set up the GECK in order to use multiple masters. All of this will be written in detail under “How to use”

The files will follow this simple format

Some objects may have to be modified in order to accommodate the file format, these usually are re-textures and custom models that are set up as replacements.

All objects integrated into MoIRA follow this criteria –
1. The Resources must be completely original or is modified from existing content from Fallout 3 without DLCs.
IE re-textures that use existing models or models using textures from another game.
2. Object is created by the artist giving permission
3. Permission must first be acquired before integration. If posted free to use with accreditation, I will give proper credit.

So in other words, I need to receive permission before I can use anything made by anyone else. And if it uses something that takes from Oblivion, Fallout 3's DLCs, New Vegas, or directly from anything else for that matter. Count it out. However anything that is unique can be added. I will also respect the words posted by the author's documentation.

If ever I accidentally incorporate an object that shouldn't be in here, or your name is not mentioned in the credits below correctly. I ask you to contact me and I will sort out everything post haste. I have the highest appreciation toward copyright and I don't want any illegitimacy when I call this the Modders' Archive. This is yours and I want credit where due.

How To Use:
===============

First enable multiple masters in the GECK.
Go to your saved games folder for Fallout 3. (Most likely under My Documents\My games\Fallout 3) and look for the file called “GECKCustom.ini” and open it in Notepad.

Press CTRL and F to open up the Find tool. Now find “bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0” and change that 0 to 1. Save this File and Close it. This will allow you to select multiple masters for plug-ins in the GECK.

Second open the GECK and create a new .esp or load an already existing .esp and click on the check box by MoIRA.esm. You can also use the Official DLC as well but this may limit your audience. But after saving, MoIRA will become one of the Masters of your plug-in.

Third Create your Plug-in and use the contents of MoIRA to your heart's desire. All content in the GECK has the prefix 'aaa'.

To use objects in a different category (ie make a static into a container), you may have to extract the model from the BSA, just make sure you use the same file path as MoIRA and you can delete the model afterward and still use it in game.

Any esm and esp that uses MoIRA should be set AFTER MoIRA before loading the game

GECK Bugs -
Under World Objects/Static in the GECK, Skykappa's stuff is appearing under BOTH the sky folder and Skykappa, currently I haven't got the slightest clue as to how it happened or how to stop it. If anyone would happen to be able to help repair this, I would humbly be indebted to you.
(its apparently a folder issue, as I have seen it happen again with Meo's Vault Mod. As long as the files are in the same tier, both folders have the same string of letters such as “Iam” and “Iamadork”, the folder Iam will also carry the contents of Iamadork.



Texture Bugs - (If you find any that ain't here please let me know – Thank ye kindly!)

Normal Map Missing List. Should still be fine, just not bumpy like everything else. Just shows an annoying alert when shown in 3d with the GECK. Otherwise no other real issues. I will try to create a 'blank' to use for the moment.

Textures Missing List - These don't even have the base textures or are missing parts of textures. I would recommend against using these until I have acquired or make these. (I could use the lesson)

Skykappa's Scarecrow – Missing Suit texture and NM.
Skykappa's Fish Crate – Missing Label texture and NM on one side.

Skykappa's Destructible Beta - Industrial Containers have no Texture at all! I'll have to (re)make them.
Skykappa's Fish group – two fish are missing textures and normals... Might have to gander at this in nifskope...
Skykappa's FishingAlarm02 (futuristic version) missing everything
Skykappa's FishingRest02 (futuristic version) is missing almost everything
Meo's GateStaticL, R, and Both; as well as StoneFenceGateway all use textures from DLC 'Operation Anchorage' but due to the mesh being unique I will allow it. However in it's current form, you have to have Anchorage to be able to see it normally.
Cambragol's VaultFEVRmGrateR01 and BrokenR01 missing textures... Might be same results as Meo's Gates




Sound Errors – Still some minor sound errors...


MipMap issues – These really don't effect in game, they only really effect the editor. All that is needed is to re-save the original textures with mipmaps added.

Feek's Nuka Quantum Barrel's Glow map
RedlineC64's AH1 Cobra, both the vehicle and wreckage
Lordinquisitor's Detonator is missing mipmaps, but I believe this is derived from some of my modding... I'll have to double check this.
Heavywater's MREs need mipmaping

These bugs are just as I said... Dunno wtf is going on.

Lord Inquisitor's Combat shotgun drum is displaying a message about a controller that targets the root 3d... I dunno what it's all about.
Skykappa's largeglassr03 is displaying that it's Top:0 Geometry has Parallax flag set, but no height map for parallax – Still works fine however
Meo's Vplatform is giving me all sorts of messages.
Skykappa's Window01 and 02 giving me some Bounds messages...
