Installation - Extarct File (lessweight) to your Fallout 3 data folder e.g (D:\FO3\Data).
Uninstall - Delete file (lessweight) from you Fallout 3 data folder e.g (D:\FO3\Data).

None, apart from mods that alter the weight of aforementioned items, even then all it will do is overwrite the weight.
