This utilises a script written by WillieSea to change the timescale during the day and night. By day (6am - 9pm) the timescale is set to 4, by night it is 30. This means the hours of daytime last much longer, giving you ample time to adventure and get back to town and sell your wares before closing time, but the nights are much quicker (or as quick as they are for the vanilla FO timescale).
Willie wrote the script and posted it on a Bethesda FO3 mods forum thread. I have mearly followed his instructions as to how to attach the script to a quest and add it to the game. The esp name is recognised by BOSS for Fallout masterlist too. Please use this for load order.
