I have recently started using FastStone Image Viewer [http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm], a freeware (donation ware) app that I discovered in the process of searching for an easy tool to generate comic strips. So far I'm impressed with its performance and versatility. I used IrfanView [http://www.irfanview.com/] to capture the images from GECK. The adult models in the images were mostly developed by Herculine [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12899] whose amazing variety of characters greatly brighten up the environs of the wasteland. The children models were created by Kiwi and the CotW Team (see above).
