Installation Instructions:
1. Unpack TheGhoulKing.rar using WinRAR.
2. Copy the plugin file, the meshes folder, and the sound folder and paste them into your local Fallout 3/Data folder.
3. A walkthrough for the mod has been provided should it be needed. It can also be found in TheGhoulKing.rar archive.

Key Features:
- Adds 1 - 3 hours of play, depending on play-style.
- Adds a new settlement with four interiors, a laboratory hidden underneath an old hardware store, and a two-part sewer dungeon.
- Acquire new weapons and armor.
- Decide the fate of the scientist and his experiments.
- NPCs are fully voiced.
