I've added, to the best of my ability, most of the New Vegas perks and some traits to Fallout 3. Since New Vegas' Max Level is 30, this mod also raises the Max Level to 30.
The following perks have been added:
-Center of Mass
-Ghastly Scavenger
-Good Natured
-Heavy Handed
-Hunter
-Math Wrath
-Purifier
-Small Frame
-Spray and Pray
-Unstoppable Force
At the moment, there are no icons for the perks, but they should function, relatively, the same.
If there are any problems, feel free to say so. Otherwise, enjoy the mod!
