Back story: In the years before the war and before Vault-Tec went public with its plans to relocate people underground, Vault-Tec and the U.S. government established a series of vaults that served as secret research facilities and a test platform for vault living.

The vault in Grayditch housed 10 researchers that worked on various projects underground for weeks at a time. These research vaults were evacuated before the bombs fell and sealed and have been undisturbed for 200 years.

The Grayditch vault makes a great living space for your character and all of your companions. When designing this vault, I kept a pre-war theme as much as possible and made it to be balanced so as not to provide low leveled characters access to too much weaponry, ammo, armor, etc.
That said, there are 3 weapons available depending on your lock-picking level in the game. I placed an Alien Blaster in an average leveled case, a modified 32 caliber pistol in a dresser drawer and a experimental laser rifle locked away in a secure cabinet for those with a 100 level lock-pick ability.

There should be enough to do in the vault to keep things interesting and I've play tested it enough that I have worked out any major bugs. Not being a programmer, I was unable to get the tranquility pod to work as I had originally planned so I left it as a prop. If anyone has suggestions or bug reports to send me, I would appreciate it. Your feedback is welcome.

Installation: Drop the ESP file into your FO3 Data directory and activate via the launcher.
IMPORTANT: For the interior vault doors to render correctly, you'll need to install the mod "Blank Vault Doors" by Mercury00 and activate it or the textures are corrupted.

Kudos: Thanks also goes to Mercury00 for making those vault doors without vault 101 all over them, and also thanks to GenGrimm for the details on making the Bobblehead stand work correctly.

Enjoy!
