Guess what song I was listening to that inspired this player home? :P
I know there are a few Point Lookout homes out there, but I wanted to try one myself, so here it is.
The House of the Rising Sun is your home away from home, a little nook of safety in the swampland for when you need some respite in Point Lookout; it is situated in a convenient location (contained in the Spoilers included in the RAR file).
The House of the Rising Sun has all the comforts of your Capital Wasteland home, including a Work bench, Jukebox, Lab set and Infirmary. There is also a map marker to the House, landing you right near the porch.
Inside the main building, you have a bedroom (with player-owned bed), lounge area, toilet, kitchen and a dining nook with several storage areas including a dresser, filing cabinet, first aid box, and refridgerator.
Outside, you can find your very own sniper tower for taking potshots at any nearby swampfolk you happen to spy and a cellar leading to your main storage area (and potential trophy room).
Inside the cellar is a shooting range, pool table, lots of shelves, ammo boxes, filing cabinets and some gun display cabinets for your most prized possessions.
Lastly, the House of the Rising Sun features a few notes to find that tell the story of the previous owner of the house.
I hope you enjoy the house, and if you do, please give endorsements :)
On testing, I found no bugs in The House of the Rising Sun, but let me know if you come across any.
