This mod adds a small house in Point Lookout, the only requirements are falout 3 and Point Lookout!

Wanted to also add:
- Dock with a player owned boat like the Duchess Gambit.
- Garden in the back yard.
- Turrets for extra protection or guards.
- Modern furniture and appliances like my last two mods have.
- Armory added as an extra building in the backyard.
- Tool shed also in back yard.
- Basement with maybe a secret entrance to a PL vault? Who knows.
- And some additional clutter.
