UPDATED 10th August 2013: Recruits will be rarer at higher levels, making way for the Super Mutant Overlords. I recommend downloading this new version.
For the sake of variety and randomness, this mod adds a new Weakest category of Super Mutants in the game; The Recruits. These guys, wearing nothing but pants (Like Uncle Leo) and wielding only mediocre weapons, have just evolved into Super Mutants after being captured as humans and injected with the FEV Virus. Standing only a head taller than humans, they are also the smallest.
When you first start the game, most of the Super Mutants you meet will be Recruits.
Please report any kind of bug you find.
Oh, and make sure you don't shoot poor old Uncle Leo now huh?
Characteristics:
A bit smaller than all Super Mutants.
Are usually found alongside a bigger and badder Super Mutant. It's learning!
By default wields Hunting Rifles, Sledgehammers, Nailboards and Nothing, but will pick up anything it sees and use it.
Has very few hp; can die after one shot.
PLEASE NOTE: Some users (Well, one actually) has reported a bug regarding missing models. If instead of the correct Uncle Leo texture, you see a floating red exclamation mark, download the Optional File I've provided. That should fix it.
