As you are out exploring the northern parts of The Capital Wasteland, a large cliff close to Oasis. On that cliff, hidden in a small forest of lush trees taking its life from Oasis, you find an abandoned house...

This mod adds a Megaton-styled home for you to live in, store your things in and just chill out in. You will find all goodies that the other houses offer (not the bobblehead collection) and more. The mod is completely lore-friendly, wich always is an important factor in my mods!

The lightning is cozy and with a soft feeling. It contains: living room, corridor, kitchen, lab and a bedroom. Outside the house you'll find excellent spots for sniping etc on the cliffedges. (Yes, this mods expands the original Oasis "mountain" even more!)

The mod doesn't conflict with any of the big mods out there as far as I know and it doesn't require and DLCs. It's carefully made, but without any custom made resources.

In case I wasn't clear enough before: Cliffwatch lies near Oasis and it won't mess up the original area. A map marker will be added from the start and if you are a real lore-player, like me, you'll find the entrance south of Oasis by a rusty catwalk.
