This turns the only Russian in the game, Dukov, into Josef Stalin.

Of course, people will still refer to him as "Dukov". But we can always pretend it's a nickname. He's a good resemblance, if I say so myself, and he wears a Dirty Chinese Jumpsuit. It seemed most appropriate.
FUN FACT: Did you know that Josef Stalin's hobby, or one of them, was sketching naked men? Experts say he wasn't gay, though. Thank God, I'd have had to make Cherry and Fantasia into men.
