Hello, and once more welcome to one of my more favorite side projcts where I attempt to design the most powerful Fallout 3 character humanly possible without the aide of cheat perks or cheat mods. Just like my previous release of the Angel of Death, this mod is actually a save file for my personal character... now level 50. In this save you will take command of Yoko, a character of serious power who is now capable of landing upwards of 450% plus critical damage without sneak. Of course, this has potential to increase under certain circumstances. This is due to the numerous assortment of perks which all work together to create an universal check system for every bullet and every killshot. In the demo video (which looks like crap) you will see typical combat scenes at HALF DIFFICULTY. I cannot stress that she is laughably powerful at lower difficulty, and normally powerful at Full difficulty. As you read through her assorted perks you will come to understand exactly how powerful she really is, indeed... I never need body armor anymore. My next release of the Angel of Death will be at Level 75.

As I said before, my characters perks make her unstoppable under most circumstances given how all the perks work together causing at least 7 checks on any enemy at any time. These checks are based on gender, faction, allignment, time of day, weaponry held, combat attitude, and my personal favorite... species. You will also notice that I have finishing moves which don't cost VATS points, and am vertially immune to chems, poison, and radiation.

My character still has all her weapons, healing packs, and ammunition. If you are using a realism mod you will not be able to move and will likely be burdened by about say 50,000. My fortress is Yoko's Town at the WKML radio station.

Unfortunately, it would appear as though the Tribal Dragon Race is no longer available from Fallout Nexus so you will need to find another race. However, my basic appearance was determined by:

(Note): At any given time I run 30-40 mods for Fallout 3. I do not expect you to have them all. This means that my stash located in Megaton will likely be thinned out due a lack of the similar mods you might not have. Also, unless you have the motorcycle mod the town vehicle depot will be bare. Likewise I run ghouls at peace, so Tenpenny Tower will likely be lain to waste. Yoko was designed to be the apex for heroism. This means that shes good not evil. Also, most of the quests are completed leaving you with with a superpowerful character who can stand up to anything in a straight up fight.
