A tower house just outside megaton. doesn't contain any cheats (does have a fatman and ammo). a couple objects out of place but you can just pick them up. edit if you want. sorry about picture quality

the ladder has been fixed no more fat man less cramped and every thing, else to install it you must delete the old file I believe it was called Tower House. ALSO NEW PICTURES!!!, I have thought of relocating the tower but it's good to have the house near civilization to trade, also I dont exactly know how to test if it has navmesh in the game
