REQUIRES Point Lookout for TV/bench/specific clutter meshes to work.
The new house is just outside of Evergreen Mills. As with most of my other mods, it comes with a few pieces of new armor. The mod features:
-Working TVs
-Toilets you can sit on
-Filled bathtubs
-Double bed
-3 Restrooms
-Commons room
-One full piece of body armor and neckwear
