This adds a BOMB shelter in Springvale. You will know it when you see it. You guys can change the inside to whatever you want since I'm not one for interior design and only put what I thought was necessary. If you guys have any helpful ideas please put them in the comments.
How to install

Simply extract the contents to C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data
