NPC health equal to PC health

changes to vanilla:

1st file : ALL NPCs Base health = 100, warning! even those few that had it bigger! (mainly some heroes(?) wtf? its not oblivion is it? ) but the most of them had between 5 (...) to 50
2nd file : pc gains the same amount of hp per level and endurance as npcs, also disables default cripling of npcs endurance (was -1 point)

NPC base health equal to pc v1.1 - fixed few dead corpses not so dead , and not hopefully but for sure! :) , now there are only recorords you CAN change so you may use "copy to all" feature of fo3edit to quickly change the value
to what you desire.
