To install copy the contents of this folder into yout fallout 3 data directory.
When prompted merge folders if prompted.(You may leave out the Readme)
Then open fallout 3 mod manager or your default fallout launcher and check the RPD mod.
To find this weapon ingame travel to megaton and go to moiras craterside supply, the weapon will be sitting on
her sale counter.To get the weapon you will have to steal it from her shop. I would sugest using z to pick it up
and move it to steal it. Alternately you can get it by opening the command console and typing
"player.additem XX000EA8 1" ,the first two numbers are aquired from the mod # in the list in your launcher.(Fallout 3
Mod Manager provides these numbers)This will give you the weapon karma free but requires more work.
